Dave's Dads Birthday!

It's been a LONG time since I updated our blog. We've been so busy with getting ready for the baby, sickness, Dave's dads birthday party, family all being in town, and more being sick!!!

Dave's dad turned 70 this month and his whole family has been planning a huge surprise birthday party for him for the last year. We were even able to have his Auntie, cousin and Uncle fly out from Hawaii. Dave's sister Jennifer and her adorable girls were also able to fly out from Oregon. It was SO much fun to be able to spend the whole week with the family. We had such a good time.
The birthday party turned out so good too! They did a Hawaiian Luau. Dave's dad is full blooded Hawaiian for those of you who don't know...hence the last name Kahananui. Yes, I am also wondering what in the world I'm doing here in Missouri when my husband has family that lives in Hawaii....hello, right???!! Anyways, Dave's family has an awesome heritage. They all sing and the sisters dance all the polynesian dances so we had great entertainment for the party! So here are a few pictures and videos from the week.
